Vocal Warm Ups and Techniques
In order to grow a strong, healthy voice, we need to warm up and train our muscles, and practice regularly.
​
Below are a selection of exercises meant to warm up and train the whole body. I recommend choosing one from each category to do at least three times a week and every time before you go to practice or record. Check back as new exercises will continue to be added.
